Wash and cut strawberries into small pieces for the syrup, then put them in a saucepan with sugar and water and cook until they become a syrup.
While the syrup cools down, peel the peaches and cut them into very small pieces, after that mix them up with yogurt. Repeat the same process with strawberries and blueberries.
Now take the molds and pour into each one of the three compounds of fruit and yogurt.
If you want you can decorate your sticks with food markers. You can draw flowers, hearts or whatever you like!
Before you enjoy your ice cream, remember that it must remain in the freezer for at least 12 hours!
